A longer plan changes how long you can watch; it does not unlock a separate premium catalog. If a particular channel, event or title is important to you, check its listing and try any available preview before purchasing.

Choose the 7-day pass if you want a short visit or a week of viewing without automatic renewal. The 1-month plan suits regular viewing with a shorter recurring commitment. The 3-month and 12-month plans cover longer periods and may cost less than buying the equivalent number of monthly periods. Compare the total price and billing terms shown for your selected plan.

The 7-day pass is a one-time purchase: you pay once, receive seven days of access, and are not charged again automatically. The 1-month, 3-month and 12-month plans are subscriptions that renew at their respective billing intervals until canceled. Review the selected plan and the renewal terms at the payment provider’s checkout before confirming payment.

Yes. You can request cancellation of an eligible recurring plan from your account. Once cancellation is confirmed, it stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Check the cancellation status and expiry date in your account. The 7-day one-time pass needs no cancellation; it expires on its own.

Paid access starts after your payment has been verified. Creating an account or opening checkout does not activate a paid pass. The 7-day pass runs for seven consecutive days after activation, rather than seven separate viewing days. Recurring plans follow their paid billing periods. Check your account for the recorded access expiry date; when a one-time pass expires, purchase another pass to continue watching.

Sign in to the account you want to use for streaming before starting checkout. The checkout popup shows the email address that will receive access, so check it carefully before paying. After payment, return to the website and use that same account. Keep your payment reference in case you need help locating or verifying the purchase.

You can watch through a compatible browser on a phone, tablet or computer by signing in to your account. TV playback depends on the TV’s browser, device capabilities and the selected stream. Video and audio formats are not supported equally on every device, so use an available preview on your intended device before purchasing.

If a free preview is available, use it to check playback, sound and the viewing experience on your device and connection. Preview time is limited and does not activate a paid plan. Signing in does not guarantee another preview after you have already used your allowance, and an expired paid pass does not receive a fresh preview.

An upcoming event may display a countdown until its playback window opens. Its channels and player become available closer to the scheduled start, when sources are available. Purchasing a pass does not start an event early. Check the event time and choose a pass that covers when you intend to watch.

First try another channel listed for the event, or choose a backup source below the player when one is available. If the player offers quality options, a lower quality may help on a slower connection. You can also refresh the page and check your connection. Sources can vary in availability, picture quality and device compatibility; purchasing a pass does not guarantee every source will work continuously.

Our plan prices are displayed in US dollars. Card payments are handled through Stripe, and checkout shows the payment methods available for your selected plan and device. PayPal is available when offered at checkout. If the payment provider offers a local-currency amount, review its final total and currency before confirming; your bank may also apply its own conversion or payment fees.

Eligible longer plans may offer a coupon field. Enter your code and apply it before making payment; an automatic promotion is applied when available. Check the Base Price, Discount and Total, then confirm that the payment provider shows the expected amount. Coupon eligibility and renewal-discount terms can vary. The 7-day pass does not display the coupon field.

Allow the verification page to finish and return you to the website. If access is still missing, sign in with the email shown in your checkout popup and check your account. Avoid purchasing again while the first payment is unresolved. Contact support with your account email, selected plan, payment time and payment or checkout reference. Never send your full card number or security code.

Canceling a recurring plan stops future renewals; it is not itself a refund request.
