How Does The Three-Hour Referral Window Work?
The window starts when someone visits your affiliate link. Their eligible payment must succeed before that three-hour window expires. Creating a checkout or signing up does not extend the window. A direct return in the same browser can still qualify while the referral remains valid.
What If A Visitor Clicks More Than One Affiliate Link?
The last valid affiliate referral is used. Attribution depends on the referral being available in the customer’s browser and on a verified eligible payment. Changing browsers, devices or clearing cookies can prevent attribution.
Can I Promote A Specific Event Or Channel?

How Do Payouts Work?
Add your payout details in the affiliate dashboard. Payouts are processed manually by the team and recorded in your account. Contact the team through your dashboard for the current payout arrangements.
Does Every Future Purchase Earn Commission?
No. Each later purchase needs a new valid referral visit and must meet the eligibility rules within its referral window. A customer’s signup does not create lifetime attribution.
