With the idea of being watched, all but Marcos and Caroline drop interest from Alfonso's mystery, but a later exploration reveals a sketchbook of strange animals and a well entitled "door." Meanwhile, Héctors birthday gift reveals Jacinta's personal secret, Maria endures elitist bigotry from her son, Firman processes a fingerprint and comes face to face with a confirming figure in the woods, Iván feels betrayed, Elsa feels stood up, Caroline rushes to attend a secret meeting in a cemetery, and Paula, unable to find Marcos, falls into the hands of a stranger who leaves her changed. 69 min07 Jun 2007 S1 · E4 Un mensaje en una botella Carolina and friends break through the sealed door to find a maze of tunnels and a horrifying sight apparently awaiting them. Paula continues her friendship with the gnome. 70 min14 Jun 2007 S1 · E5 Un cadáver en La Laguna An accident where a student gets hurt puts teacher Amelia's future at the school in question. Paula and Evelyn believe they've uncovered the identity of the Tooth Fairy. 77 min21 Jun 2007 S1 · E6 La noche de Santa Isabel Carolina, Vicky, Cayetano and Roque find Alfonso and the five orphans, barely escaping with their lives. Back in the school, relation problems take over. Iván's dad appears without warning, taking a chummy interest in his son as part of a plan to succeed in an upcoming court hearing. In matters of attraction, Vicky wants Iván, who wants Carolina, who wants Marcos, who wants her too but thinks he should pay full attention towards removing his sister Paula from the school (while also fending off the family lawyer pressuring for full legal rights to them). Héctor suspects Maria having an affair with Iván. Paula leaves the school grounds to help the injured gnome. Marcos, suddenly aware that the gnome is real, leaves the grounds with Carolina to find Paula. Iván, his thoughts and feelings in conflict, leaves the grounds as well. Only when Gerardo reports a student found dead in the woods does Héctor notice four empty chairs at the school banquet. 69 min28 Jun 2007
